MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES：
1. This position ensures planning activities, general training, and overarching information exchange
2. This position ensures the milestone-based qualification of components of scope: interior or exterior or painted metal parts and bodies as well as the confirmation of the quality level until end of production and the root-cause analysis of complaints occurring in FBUs.
3. This position ensures the qualification responsibility of the defined component scope, analyses and effectiveness tracking and reporting
4. This position ensures the preparation and implementation of component discussions, meetings with suppliers and the relevant specialist departments, master jig discussions, etc.
5. This position ensures the preventive introduction of quality specifications into the product creation and development process.
6. This position ensures the profound analysis with the existing test equipment reference body, ALM's, cubing and master jig
7. This position ensures on the basis of test instructions or measurement specifications, independently check/measure and evaluate the different, complex quality features (e.g. function, dimensional accuracy, shape and geometry, structure and composition, surfaces) of test objects in the defined area of responsibility, in close alignment and together with the metrology technician
8. This position ensures all activities related to summarize, visualize, present and defend the results of the analysis
Main Tasks：
a. Engineer for sheet metal components, for exterior or interior parts (house- and purchase parts)
b. You take over the quality coordination of the house and purchased parts with regard to dimensional accuracy, appearance, haptics, acoustic and functionality relevant criteria.
c. You make your contribution in the evaluation-execution and evaluation of components in the product development process
d. Fault-cause analysis and component qualification in the pre-series up to the end of product life cycle with the help of:
a. Cubing for (pre-)series qualification and series-approval of add-on parts in the exterior and interior.
b. Master jig and RFK: (Pre-)series qualification and series-approval of body parts with regard to fit, joints and transitions as well as adaptation of body and assembly parts.
c. Fügemeisterbock: (Pre-) series qualification and series-approval of structurally relevant body parts with regard to fit and joinability.
d. Complete vehicle analysis for FBU (fully-built-up) with mobile and stationary measurement technology.
e. Preventive analyses for early quality optimization
f. Overarching responsible for the on-time delivery of the components, the tracking of the delivery dates and quality status and the test for dimensional accuracy, appearance, haptics and functionality and in-depth analysis in accordance with supplier quality and the metrology technicians.
g. Initiation and follow-up of optimization measures in cross-departmental cooperation with interface partners and suppliers
h. Independent assembly and fitting of relevant components on fixtures, cubing, the reference body (RFK) or vehicles assisted by the metrology technician or other colleagues experienced in the mounting process.
i. Overarching responsibility for the process for analyses of prototypes, reference bodies, digital twin, all sheet metal parts, FBUs and purchase parts
j. Responsibility for creating and maintaining the audit prognosis and all relevant documents for tracking and reporting
k. Full responsibility for sampling and release of components, individual sheet metal parts, assemblies or welding groups
l. Full documentation responsibility of sampling results and release results in the corresponding IT systems
m. Overall support in the planning and procurement process for new test equipment, fixtures and cubing
n. Release and acceptance of test equipment, fixtures and cubing after initial delivery
o. Control of the on-time delivery of components by the suppliers or by the internal complainant and overall capacity planning for the area of responsibility
p. Instruction and deployment planning of measurement technicians and assigned personnel
1. Applied Metrology
a. Independent planning and creation of offline measurement programs in IDA and in GOM software for measurement of assembled parts, body in white, hang on parts purchase parts etc.
b. Creation and simulation of measurement/test programs for CMM and GOM.
c. Creation of test and/or measurement schedules based on drawings and taking into account test and measurement technologies, component holders, cubings, drawing and function orientations.
d. Development of new test and measurement procedures in the area of responsibility and implementation in existing/adaptable test sequences.
e. Create work and test instructions for the pre-series and series, including documentation of the complete test process and estimation of process times
f. Derivation of test characteristics, classification and suitable simulation for testing
g. Derivation and evaluation of test method
2. Preparation of CAD models performing in-depth analyses based on technical drawings
a. Preparation of CAD models for tactile measurement and scans
b. Generation of support surfaces and analysis of parts in agreement and at the request of the specialist.
c. Creation of CAD sections for space analysis.
d. Creation of CAD sections for the derivation of target gaps and target flush (overcoverage and underfunding).
e. Creation of CAD sections in the context of the preparation and implementation of the test equipment and Cubing procurement (Prüfmittelbeschaffung) process
3. Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement Process
a. Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement Process
b. Check existing processes in the area of responsibility for potential for improvement, narrow down influencing variables, identify, differentiate and assess possible solutions in terms of feasibility. Initiate optimizations in full.
c. Support in the creation and implementation of a later workflow to implement the VMB-process (visualization at the Meisterbock)
d. Ensuring lessons learned in compliance with the principles of the quality management system. Use of predefined systems and processes.
e. Constant analysis and improvement of the processes within the assigned range of tasks.
f. Participation in the planning of qualification modules as well as implementation of qualification measures or training courses.
g. Enabling new employees to perform the tasks independently, so that in the operational phase of Audi FAW NEV Co
h. Participation in machine acceptance and production approvals together with supplier quality
